Aubrey should be out in 2 weeks and four days if she is right on target. She could be coming any time now, but she can also come out a week after the due date as well. I hope it’s earlier rather than later. I know it’s only 18 days away, but I am getting so antsy.
I want to see her, hold her, and just to know her personality. I don’t know what parenting will look like, but in the wise words of my husband he always tells me, “as long as you love Aubrey and you’re willing to keep fighting for her, you’ll be a good parent.”
I love that. Very simple and straight to the point. I don’t need anything abstract or mystical. Just honest truth from the one I love.
I hope these next couple of weeks will fly on by. It’s time to get this parenting show on the road. LET’S DO THIS!
